| ITINERARY | We’ll start in the elegant lobby of the iconic Hotel María Cristina, a symbol of the Belle Époque in San Sebastián. There, you’ll enjoy your first bite paired with a carefully selected drink in a setting full of history and glamour. From there, we’ll dive into the most authentic heart of Basque culture: a gastronomic society. In this intimate and traditional space, you’ll experience a charming contrast to the hotel’s luxury with a second pintxo and a local drink, surrounded by the most genuine local atmosphere. Our next stop will take us to the lively Old Town, the epicentre of San Sebastián’s pintxo culture, where you’ll enjoy a third tasting that reflects both tradition and the creativity of Basque cuisine. We’ll end near the Buen Pastor area, a neighbourhood full of character, with a final stop at a classic, beloved local bar. There, we’ll wrap up the experience with two pintxos and a drink to complete the journey.
